I don't draw as often as I used to, but I'm trying to coax myself back into it.
This is mostly stuff from 2019 and 2020, with a dusting of 2023 work. Don't ask about the 3 years in between.
All the aliased pieces were drawn in paint tool SAI with a bamboo tablet, the antialiased pics were drawn in procreate with an ipad.

I'm playing neopets again and it's sparked some creative fires

This stuff ranges from 2012 through 2019. The images are in no particular order.
If it looks a lot higher effort than my later stuff, just remember I was unemployed for most of this era.
There is a distinct point where I finally learned to turn tablet sensitivity on. Apologies for the before times.
I'm sure you'll endure.

Concept for a kurai. Don't remember if he was a proper character or not.

My first pass on the nokai. The only real change is I gave them 5 fingers, and the antlers should be black.<br>Based on the costume design, this was obviously the basis for Yevekai.

Not the first take on a sephus, but one of the first. I'd eventually give the talons to the iroth.<br> Not sure why I gave him snake eyes. Definitely not a vesian trait.

Anzo, back when he was a human character in since-abandoned worldbuilding project.<br> I liked most of his design and recycled as much as I could afford to.

One of my earliest takes on what Grenvel should look like. Lots of minor changes, but the vibes are there.<br> I'd like to revisit the northern basin and range idea. Also Pyrox was a great name.

My first pass at a design for Kjelchaikhan. I both love and hate this picture.<br>The major themes are there, but the execution is all wrong.

I don't remember what this is, but he's adorable.<br>Probably something TES-related.

Senya originally had a vesian companion, but he didn't make the cut.

I don't remember the context, but smart money is on it being an Elder Scrolls picture.<br>The file name is a solid hint.

Fun Tuo fact: He began life as a neopet I found in the pound around 2004 or so.

I think this might have been my first take on an iroth.<br>This guy was supposed to be a necromancer.

This looks like another oekaki piece, it has that scratchy look I was doing back then.<br> I still don't understand antlion anatomy, honestly.
