My Recipe Book

Once upon a time, I thought of myself as a pretty picky eater. It was hard to find ready-made meals that catered to my sensitive palate, so I learned to cook. Turns out I'm not a picky eater, I just don't like dairy. People love to dump cheese and cream onto everything, and that's not my fault.
I taught myself to cook in college through youtube videos, online recipes, and plenty of trial and error. In the past decade or so, I've gone from fucking up fried eggs to making beautiful pan sauces, so you can say the whole affair has worked out well for me.
More recipes will be added as I make test batches. I'm not the kind of guy who "measures my ingredients" so proper testing is required before I let them loose on the unsuspecting public.
